time/location: 2.55am/ home listening to: Skid Row - Little Wing (Jimi Hendrix cover) Well, she's walking through the clouds with a circus mind that's running wild. Butterflies and zebras and moonbeams and fairytales, that's all she ever thinks about ... riding with the wind. Little Wing. Beautiful composition by the late Jimi Hendrix. It's also Dan's all-time favorite song. Great track to chill out to. Oh, and the bluesy guitars are almost orgasmic. We just happened to bump into Riki Hendrix, cousin of the legendary blues god himself, in the MusicZone studio the other day. We were like fuckin enjoying a free demonstration of what his band was capable of.. They played Purple Haze, Foxy Lady and other really impressive stuff.
