I could use a fresh beginning too All of my regrets are nothing new So this is a way, that I say I need You This is a way This is a way... Yow! Procrastination, silence and passive attitudes. Our sound is non-existent. We have failed as a band. All of a sudden our dreams, thoughts, and everything else, have come to a rude halt. In desperation, we reach out for a final chance, only to discover that all is broken, in tatters, never to be pieced back again. But this can't be the end. It's Gerald's last day before enlisting for NS. Sorta had a gathering just now. I'm really glad we managed to get most of the old Highgate crew back. Raj, Jeremy, Gerald, Leon, Charles, Zhenwei, Jason and myself, Weejee! We were just talkin', craptalkin', jokin' about our sweethearts at the poolside, it really felt like the ol' times. Heh.. Great. School's finally stopped for 3 days because of the SARS shit. I'm ecstatic about the break (yes yes, it'll eat into our holidays.. damn!). At the same time, I can't comprehend MOE's evident indecision regarding this issue. Polytechnics were initially supposed to shut down like last week, for 7 days, along with the other educational institutions. It was only logical to do that, you wouldn't wanna kill off half your students by exposing them to the virus. But the imbeciles over at the ministry just had to choose to wait till the situation became drastic. To think that the sad victim from Business school might've caught the virus from a coursemate, jeeZ.. The ministry has finally proven itself to be the biggest fool this time round. Haha! And in response to this horrible, tragic mistake, let us all raise our hands and stick out the middle finger to the ministry.
