Howdy! Yesterday's gig went quite alright. Our latest band acquisition Kevin a.k.a. DJ Espy (WHO'S YOUR FAVORITE DJ??? hahah... sorry Kev) was awesome on the turntables, For me it was sort of a disappointment, the place wasn't exactly filled and a few screw-ups occurred. I kinda slipped up on the lyrics on a few occassions and emm... lemme see... timing was bad. I suppose it's largely attributed to a lack of practice 'cuz yesterday was like our THIRD time playing together! Heh.. but the Lunchbox guys were cool, really gotta thank the trio and erm.. I'm looking forward to more collaboration with 'em! :) Yeah and so I guess the bottomline is that.... WE'RE DEFINITELY LOOKING FORWARD TO THE NEXT GIG ON THE 15TH OF DECEMBER! We're gonna have Erik, Mark and Sufi back for that one so brace yourselves for it 'cause we gonna RAWK DA HAUS, MUTHAFUCKA!! whoops. :P We're gonna post some gig pics onto the Rakiniki website soon, stay tuned! rayve said @ 1:14 AM |
